ok run.은 의료기기가 아니며 의료 행위를 하지 않습니다. 진단·치료·처방을 제공하지 않습니다. 운동을 시작해도 되는지와 어느 정도가 적절한지에 대한 판단은 언제나 의사와 정하십시오.
1. 앱이 하는 일
ok run.은 사용자가 직접 정한 심박·시간 상한을 보여주고 러닝을 기록하는 도구입니다. 앱은 상한값을 계산하거나 제안하지 않으며 값을 올리라고 권하지 않습니다.
2. 건강에 관한 책임
- 운동 시작 여부와 강도는 의사와 상의해 정하십시오. 앱 화면은 의학적 조언이 아닙니다.
- 앱에 표시되는 상한은 사용자가 입력한 값이며 그 값이 안전하다는 보증이 아닙니다.
- 통증·어지러움·호흡곤란 등 이상을 느끼면 앱 알림과 관계없이 즉시 멈추고 필요한 도움을 받으십시오.
- ok run. 자체 watchOS 앱은 없습니다. 운동 중 심박 알림은 Apple Watch 운동 앱에서 별도로 설정하며 기기·착용 상태에 따라 늦거나 오지 않을 수 있습니다.
3. 기록의 정확도
거리·경로·심박·시간은 iPhone과 Apple Watch가 제공하는 값을 바탕으로 요약합니다. 센서·주변 환경·권한·동기화 시점에 따라 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. Apple Watch 운동을 함께 시작하지 않으면 심박 측정이 충분하지 않을 수 있으며, 앱은 실제로 측정된 범위를 함께 표시합니다.
4. 데이터 보관
건강·위치·러닝 기록은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 저희는 백업을 보관하지 않으므로 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 초기화하면 복구할 수 없습니다. 사용자는 기록을 CSV로 내보내거나 개별 기록을 삭제하거나 설정에서 저장된 기록과 개인 루프를 한 번에 삭제할 수 있습니다. 구매 이력은 검증과 복원을 위해 Apple과 RevenueCat이 별도로 처리합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 보십시오.
5. 무료 확인 기간과 1회 구매
- 최초 실행일로부터 7일 동안 전체 기능을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 그 뒤 전체 이용은 App Store에 표시되는 가격의 비소모성 1회 구매이며 자동 갱신과 만료가 없습니다.
- 구매하지 않아도 이미 저장한 기록은 계속 열람하고 삭제·내보낼 수 있습니다.
- 결제와 환불은 Apple App Store 정책을 따르며 환불은 Apple에 요청해야 합니다.
6. 금지되는 사용
앱을 역설계하거나 의료적 판단의 근거로 삼거나 타인의 건강 상태를 진단·평가하는 데 사용하지 마십시오.
7. 책임의 한계
관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 저희는 앱 사용으로 발생한 신체적 손상·기록 손실·간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 저희의 고의 또는 중대한 과실에는 적용되지 않습니다.
8. 변경과 문의
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 먼저 알립니다. 문의는 hello@beside-co.com으로 보내주십시오.

ok run. is not a medical device and does not practice medicine. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Always decide with your physician whether you should begin exercising and what level is appropriate.
1. What the app does
ok run. displays heart-rate and time ceilings that you enter yourself and records your runs. It does not calculate or suggest those values and does not recommend raising them.
2. Health responsibility
- Discuss whether to exercise and at what intensity with your physician. The app screen is not medical advice.
- A ceiling shown by the app is a value you entered, not a guarantee that the value is safe.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or another unusual symptom, stop immediately and seek appropriate help regardless of any app alert.
- ok run. does not include its own watchOS app. Workout heart-rate alerts are configured separately in Apple’s Workout app and may be delayed or unavailable depending on the device and fit.
3. Record accuracy
Distance, route, heart rate, and time are summarized from values provided by iPhone and Apple Watch. Results can differ from reality because of sensors, surroundings, permissions, and synchronization timing. Heart-rate coverage may be limited if an Apple Watch workout is not started. The app discloses the period that was actually measured.
4. Data storage
Health, location, and running records are stored on your device. We do not keep a backup, so deleting the app or erasing the device can make them unrecoverable. You can export records to CSV, delete individual runs, or delete all saved runs and personal loops from Settings. Apple and RevenueCat separately process purchase history for validation and restoration. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Free evaluation and one-time purchase
- Full functionality is available for seven days after first launch.
- After that period, full access is a non-consumable one-time purchase at the price displayed by the App Store, with no automatic renewal or expiration.
- Without a purchase, you can still view, delete, and export records already saved.
- Payments and refunds follow Apple’s App Store policies. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
6. Prohibited use
Do not reverse engineer the app, rely on it as the basis for a medical decision, or use it to diagnose or assess another person’s health.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for physical injury, loss of records, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. This limitation does not apply to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will also be disclosed in the app first. Contact hello@beside-co.com.
